1. Eligibility:
- The Personalized Liquidus Capital Survey - M2 16-inch MacBook Pro Raffle ("Raffle") is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
- Employees and immediate family members of Liquidus Capital are not eligible to participate in the Raffle.
2. Participation:
- To enter the Raffle, participants must complete the "Personalized Liquidus Capital Survey" in its entirety within the specified timeframe.
- Participants must provide accurate contact information in the survey to be considered for the prize.
3. Raffle Draw:
- The draw for the M2 16-inch MacBook Pro will take place on September 4th, 2023, at 12:00 PM (noon) PST.
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey participants.
4. Prize:
- The prize for the Raffle is one (1) M2 16-inch MacBook Pro.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. Winner Notification:
- The winner of the Raffle will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey responses.
- If the selected winner cannot be reached within 30 calendar days after the draw, an alternate winner may be chosen.
